1. Seller

Kapitalakademiet, v/ Emil Verdoes, Lyneborggade 33, 1. tv, 2300 København S, Denmark. CVR no. 34421463. Email: info@expatinvest.dk. ExpatInvest.dk is part of Kapitalakademiet.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover purchases of digital products on expatinvest.dk by consumers. Guides are sold as PDF and delivered as a download link by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). Kapitalakademiet is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. No fees or other charges are added to the price shown before you pay.

Payment is by card, handled by Stripe. The amount is charged when you complete the purchase. We never see your card details.

4. The agreement

The agreement is made when payment is completed. You receive an order confirmation by email with what you bought, the price and the date. Keep it. The agreement is made in English.

5. Delivery

You receive an email with a download link immediately after purchase. The link works for 24 hours. If you did not download the guide in time, write to us and we will send a new link. If the email does not arrive shortly, check your spam folder and then write to us.

6. Right of withdrawal

When you buy online you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is made. The right of withdrawal lapses for digital content once delivery has begun.

When you buy a guide, we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want delivery immediately and accept that your right of withdrawal lapses once you have received the guide. This follows from section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven). Your consent is also stated in the order confirmation.

If you have not given consent, or delivery has not begun, you can withdraw by writing to info@expatinvest.dk within 14 days and stating clearly that you withdraw from the purchase. We refund the full amount no later than 14 days after receiving your message, using the same payment method you used.

7. Defects (complaints)

You have the right to complain about defects under the rules on digital content in the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven), for example a PDF that cannot be opened. Write to us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect and describe it, ideally with a screenshot. We will fix it, send a new file or refund all or part of the price if we cannot fix it.

8. Use of the content

Guides are for your personal use and are protected by copyright. You may not share, copy, resell or distribute them to others.

9. Education, not advice

Guides are general education and information. They are not individual investment, tax or property advice. You make your own decisions.

10. Personal data

How we process your data when you buy is described in our privacy policy.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint, write to info@expatinvest.dk and we will find a solution. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Board of Consumer Complaints at Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via naevneneshus.dk. You can also contact the Danish Consumer Ombudsman via forbrug.dk.

12. Governing law

The agreement is governed by Danish law.
